In Need of a Coder

I am in need of a magic HTML coder to have this coded. The design for it isn't finished yet, but I am working on it. If you can code all of the elements to the layout (or know someone who can) be sure to tell me. Styling is easy for me, but not layouts.

Oh and I just hit 5,000 pageviews. Congratulations me.
